I am an Assistant Professor at the Population Ecology Lab based at the Faculty of Biology, Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland). In general, I am fascinated by information use and flow in animals (mainly birds) and their social networks. In addition, I am interested in ecological effects of mast seeding on forest ecosystems.
My current research revolves around two main themes:
- Informed habitat selection decisions in songbirds
- Effects of mast seeding on forest bird communities
Here you can find more information about my current research projects. I also plan to start a new project soon, to investigate information use and transmission in multispecies networks in the wild. Stay tuned!
